How do I download films?
You will first need to install the Download Manager. Once you have done this, make sure you´re connected to the Internet, then install and open
Download Manager and the movies you buy will start downloading automatically. That´s all there is to it!
How do I play films?
From your
Download Manager, select your film and click the play button. Windows Media Player will launch
(make sure you have it installed!) and your film will start playing right away.
From here you can pause, stop, rewind and fast forward.
How do I delete items from my Download Manager?
Select the film and click Cancel - it will ask if you want to remove the job, click
OK. The status will change to Cancelled. Click the Cancel button again; click OK
and the item will be removed from the Download Manager. Dont forget - to remove
the film from your computer permanently you will need to delete it from hard drive
(e.g. c:\Movies Now\download)

Are files sent using Peer to Peer?
No – we send you the files directly from our own servers situated here in the UK.
How do I sync the film to my portable video player?
After downloading your files, open Windows Media Player and select the portable
copy (marked PORT) from your library playlist. Right-click on the title and select
`Add to Sync´ list. When you plug in your video player it should start synchronising.
How do I find out which files can be synched?
Select the file as above, right-click on it and select `Properties´. Look at the `License´ tab (Windows Media Player 9 and 10), or the Media Usage Rights tab (Windows Media Player 11) to see all the information about the file – how many times it can be played,
rental expiry (if it has one) and whether it can be synched.
I can´t play my film!
First check that the license hasn´t expired – if it´s a rental you have 7 days to
play the film but as soon as you start playing you have between 24 and 48hours
to finish watching. You can check this by looking at the license as detailed above.
